In the 7th minute Carmine Moretta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carter Di Nino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Concetto Vianello got a free kick in the 7th minute. Carter Di Nino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Secco in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute of the match forsal FC got a corner. S.S.C. NAPOLI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angelo Fiorentino ran over to the corner to take the kick. Concetto Vianello thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Carter Di Nino, a very annoying self made goal in the 10th minute which led to 1-0. A collision led to forsal FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Clóvis Secco hit a great ball. Alex Franceschi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Comunardo Bertoni in the 17th minute of the match. Alex Franceschi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Comunardo Bertoni's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Frank Carlucci kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the match Angelo Fiorentino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carter Di Nino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alex Franceschi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Comunardo Bertoni in the 21st minute of the match. S.S.C. NAPOLI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Alberigo Cavaliere scored to the left of an out of position Carter Di Nino, making the score, 2-0. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Carter Di Nino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmine Moretta in the 26th minute of play. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Carter Di Nino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save S.S.C. NAPOLI from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armando Barone in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Franceschi saved forsal FC from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Clóvis Secco made a precise shot to the right of Carter Di Nino. S.S.C. NAPOLI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Armando Barone managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.S.C. NAPOLI's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Barone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Franceschi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Ciccio Moscatelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Alex Franceschi made a huge save. Clóvis Secco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Cavaliere in the 67th minute of play forced S.S.C. NAPOLI's goalkeeper Carter Di Nino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Carter Di Nino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Fiorentino in the 68th minute of play. Alex Franceschi made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Comunardo Bertoni sent off a good shot on target. NAPOLI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. 88 minutes into the game, Alberigo Cavaliere cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Carter Di Nino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind S.S.C. NAPOLI's goalkeeper Carter Di Nino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 92 minutes into the game, forsal FC's Carmine Moretta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carter Di Nino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The forsal FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while S.S.C. NAPOLI had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
