With a little luck, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Régis Bastian got control of the ball when Damiano Sisti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ibrahim Chapalain might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armin Giolo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ibrahim Chapalain ran back to his position shaking his head. Camillo De Lucia charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camillo De Lucia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Les Pionniers de Touraine's zone, Fedele Di Tommaso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Régis Bastian came out of the goal and Fedele Di Tommaso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ibrahim Chapalain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigue Davoust recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Santoryu FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Camillo Punta hit a great ball. In the 89th match minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Michel Guillonneau to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute of the match Fedele Di Tommaso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Régis Bastian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Régis Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damiano Sisti, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Rodrigue Davoust got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Les Pionniers de Touraine players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Santoryu FC.
