Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Svetlozar Cholakov started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Jammet in the 4th minute of play forced Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Mattia Perin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gameiro Lenoble took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Firmani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Santo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Gameiro Lenoble showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Firmani in the 13th minute of the match. When Yazid Danton came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Lyon 69ers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yazid Danton couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's Emiliano Firmani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gameiro Lenoble narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yazid Danton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Eurospeed Asti's Svetlozar Cholakov in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lyon 69ers's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Lyon 69ers's Mattia Perin threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robert Garrigues, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gameiro Lenoble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Firmani in the 35th minute of play. Gameiro Lenoble took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svetlozar Cholakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Lyon 69ers's Yazid Danton got a free kick in the 45th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Robert Garrigues made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Yazid Danton notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Eurospeed Asti's Mattia Perin. Mattia Perin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Lyon 69ers fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Lyon 69ers's Robert Garrigues looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 minutes, Adriano Fioriti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eurospeed Asti and the Lyon 69ers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adriano Fioriti kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Firmani in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gameiro Lenoble prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andrea Trinca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gameiro Lenoble having to interfere. With a little luck, Lyon 69ers's Gameiro Lenoble got control of the ball when Svetlozar Cholakov tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Adriano Fioriti was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. Adriano Fioriti hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Lyon 69ers's Gameiro Lenoble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Firmani in the 76th minute of play. Emiliano Firmani took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gameiro Lenoble. Gameiro Lenoble dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Renan Avignon made a great header on Lyon 69ers's corner, it was just that Eurospeed Asti's Mattia Perin managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 85th match minute, Eurospeed Asti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrea Trinca to maneuver through the defense. Eurospeed Asti's Mattia Perin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Garrigues in the 86th minute of play. Eurospeed Asti's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Lyon 69ers had won, even though Eurospeed Asti had held more of the ball.
