Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The supporters of Sheriff booed when Lunar Park was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucien Ancel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dimitris Kapopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manos Melogiannis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corentin Telliez in the 6th minute of the match. Anatole Cambier kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Alkis Bletsas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Lunar Park's goalkeeper Aimé Loiseau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimitris Kapopoulos. In the 19th minute Corentin Telliez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Melogiannis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manos Melogiannis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corentin Telliez in the 21st minute of play. Sheriff's Manos Melogiannis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corentin Telliez in the 33rd minute of play. Corentin Telliez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Manos Melogiannis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manos Melogiannis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucien Ancel in the 37th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Lunar Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramzy Domergue to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lunar Park's zone, Dimitris Kapopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aimé Loiseau came out of the goal and Dimitris Kapopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dimitris Kapopoulos made a kick off. Manos Melogiannis made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Lucien Ancel sent off a good shot on target. 59 minutes into the match, Joey Duchamp notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sheriff's Manos Melogiannis. Manos Melogiannis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 62nd minute, Joey Duchamp reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Manos Melogiannis. The goal made the score 0-2. Aimé Loiseau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Argyris Bogias in the 65th minute of the match. Jacques Zunino's late challenge caught a Sheriff's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacques Zunino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Lunar Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacques Zunino to maneuver through the defense. Manos Melogiannis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jacques Zunino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 76 minute of play. When Sheriff's Dimitris Kapopoulos in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Corentin Telliez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunar Park's supporters rose to their feet, but Corentin Telliez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manos Melogiannis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lunar Park's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
