The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Pampas Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zoel Abancens to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Veremundo Leyva came free, but Josep Litago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. HORTALEZA FC's Josep Litago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabon Pedriza in the 9th minute of play. Eneas Munoz kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After 21 minutes HORTALEZA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Veremundo Leyva who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Pampas Team's corner Veremundo Leyva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Josep Litago quite easily take care of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabon Pedriza came free, but Josep Litago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josep Litago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tabor Ibanez in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tabor Ibanez in the 25th minute of play forced HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Josep Litago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Pampas Team's Tabor Ibanez in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 35th match minute, HORTALEZA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir March to maneuver through the defense. Gabon Pedriza's late challenge caught a HORTALEZA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabon Pedriza helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pampas Team getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Gabon Pedriza hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Eneas Munoz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patxi Olmos. Eneas Munoz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 47 minutes into the match, Tabor Ibanez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Josep Litago. HORTALEZA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tabor Ibanez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eneas Munoz was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabon Pedriza got free with Josep Litago in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 54 minutes into the match, Goi Serrano notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Pampas Team's Patxi Olmos. Patxi Olmos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 57 minutes HORTALEZA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Veremundo Leyva who took care of the corner kick. 59 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Veremundo Leyva came free, but Josep Litago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Josep Litago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Veremundo Leyva. In the 71st match minute, HORTALEZA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Torrente to maneuver through the defense. Veremundo Leyva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Josep Litago. HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabon Pedriza got free with Josep Litago in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Veremundo Leyva in the 83rd minute of play forced HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Josep Litago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Veremundo Leyva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pampas Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After having played for 88 minutes, Eneas Munoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HORTALEZA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eneas Munoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Vladimir March hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 95th minute of the match Vladimir March completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vladimir March a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, HORTALEZA FC's Vladimir March got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 97th minute of the match, Gabon Pedriza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Josep Litago was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 98th minute, Gabon Pedriza made a precise shot to the right of Josep Litago. HORTALEZA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. The HORTALEZA FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pampas Team were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
