Sagrario Landa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Gameiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lima Team's Adão Pádua got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Castilho in the 27th minute of play forced Los romperredes F.C's goalkeeper Sagrario Landa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sagrario Landa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Castilho in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sagrario Landa saved Los romperredes F.C from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Los romperredes F.C's Eriz Olano got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fagondo Sampil was the one to do the kick off. Sagrario Landa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leandro Meireles in the 82nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Etxepare Marques during the 84th minute. Lima Team's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
