The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Florencio Valcarcel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Florian Cuevas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. VALPICA C.F.'s Nacho Marrero got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Turbo Kame Corp defense, Tavio Rienda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florian Cuevas. The Turbo Kame Corp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florian Cuevas should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute, Cristos Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

After 52 played minutes VALPICA C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Paco santillana. In the 53rd minute, José Barro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teodosio Huarte kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Pelayo Montero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Ponte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Pelayo Montero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 75 minutes, Teodosio Huarte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Turbo Kame Corp and the VALPICA C.F. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelayo Montero having to interfere. Tavio Rienda did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Florian Cuevas 83 minutes into the match. Carlos Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelayo Montero having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Florencio Valcarcel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Florian Cuevas. The goal made the score 0-3. The VALPICA C.F. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
