After a rather tough play, FC Dezassete's Luís Ekaterinoslavskiy got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th match minute, Club Deportivo O IRIXO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hitzeder Palomar to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Club Deportivo O IRIXO defense, Valentim Carmona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Romani. The Club Deportivo O IRIXO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Romani should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Macerio Sarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Indalecio Morcego to make the kick off.
