The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Chihuahua StrikerS™ getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Romão Furtado hit a great ball. Bento Infante hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. The supporters of Altamora FC booed when Chihuahua StrikerS™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Aires didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Altamora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romão Furtado came free, but Alípio Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Romão Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flávio Perdigão hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Alípio Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flávio Perdigão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute Romão Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Durval Bulhosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 42 minutes, Zeferino Lage mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altamora FC and the Chihuahua StrikerS™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Idalécio Rego made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Zeferino Lage sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the game, Claudemiro Coelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altamora FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chihuahua StrikerS™ the free kick. In the 47th match minute, Altamora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudemiro Coelho to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Idalécio Rego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Micael Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Aires during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alípio Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Bolas in the 68th minute of play. The Altamora FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chihuahua StrikerS™'s performance. The match ended with a win for Chihuahua StrikerS™.
