Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. João Vilas Boas started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goalkeeper Jairo Calçada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Salinas. With a little luck, Minho FC's Jairo Calçada got control of the ball when Julio Salinas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute, Durval Guterres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Minho FC booed when Alas de Júpiter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alas de Júpiter's Chayo Mangas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Varela in the 17th minute of play. Jairo Calçada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Alonso in the 22nd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Salinas came free, but Jairo Calçada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Marcos Alonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alas de Júpiter's Chayo Mangas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerónimo Sabrosa in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Alas de Júpiter getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Marcos Alonso hit a great ball. In the last second Jairo Calçada throw himself and got hold of the ball when David Villa in the 47thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Villa was the one to do the kick off. David Bulhosa struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Chayo Mangas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minho FC. 54 minutes into the game, Durval Guterres threw the ball into play from the sideline. Alas de Júpiter's Giorgio Alcalde quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julio Salinas in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Calçada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Bulhosa's late challenge caught a Alas de Júpiter's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Bulhosa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Minho FC's David Bulhosa got a free kick in the 55th minute. A collision led to Minho FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Raimundo Valente hit a great ball. Jairo Calçada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Salinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the game, Gil Vagrande threw the ball into play from the sideline. Minho FC's Durval Guterres quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julio Salinas took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jairo Calçada. Jairo Calçada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Chayo Mangas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Vilas Boas in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, David Bulhosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Alas de Júpiter's goal looked a bit too open when João Vilas Boas came free, but Chayo Mangas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Minho FC defense, Julio Salinas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jairo Calçada. The Minho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jairo Calçada should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd minute of the match, João Vilas Boas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chayo Mangas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jerónimo Sabrosa charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerónimo Sabrosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jerónimo Sabrosa kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. A throw-in in the 87th minute of the game was made by Caio Ponte with Heitor Seixas as target, who quickly passed the ball forward.
