ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after ÓKINJÔ FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cugat Marines took the corner. The audience was convinced that Cugat Marines's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Meireles was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Xorxe Soldado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16 minutes, Ruperto Mendez made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. ÓKINJÔ FC's Afonso Meireles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Quintyn came free, but Xorxe Soldado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xorxe Soldado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Quintyn in the 33rd minute of the match. Xorxe Soldado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Min Nao in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cugat Marines in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afonso Meireles saved ÓKINJÔ FC from getting behind. In the 36thth minute of the game Cugat Marines who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ÓKINJÔ FC's Afonso Meireles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute of the match ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO got a corner. ÓKINJÔ FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cugat Marines ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cugat Marines got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Afonso Meireles quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Afonso Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cugat Marines in the 45th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anier Quintyn during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ÓKINJÔ FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Anier Quintyn hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Garcia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Quintyn came free, but Xorxe Soldado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xorxe Soldado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anier Quintyn in the 56th minute. Afonso Meireles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cugat Marines, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Xorxe Soldado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Frasquito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ÓKINJÔ FC's Silvestre Garcia got a free kick in the 76th minute. Xorxe Soldado made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Min Nao sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute, Armando Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cugat Marines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afonso Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cugat Marines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ÓKINJÔ FC for a fine match.
