In the 7th minute, Gav Smith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the game, Yuri Parente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suprs Academia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spartak de Txurdi the free kick. After 17 played minutes Suprs Academia got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Parente. José Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liberto Merino in the 20th minute of the match. Mikolaj Grunwalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Suprs Academia defense, Gav Smith kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Henriques. The Suprs Academia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Henriques should have stopped the shot. During the 27th minute of the match Gav Smith completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gav Smith a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Spartak de Txurdi getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gav Smith hit a great ball. When Liberto Merino came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Spartak de Txurdi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liberto Merino couldn't finish the play. Mikolaj Grunwalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Neves in the 30th minute of the match. Mikolaj Grunwalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascoal Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Gökalp Taçkın hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Mikolaj Grunwalski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mikolaj Grunwalski had great luck who in the 35thth minute grab hold of the ball when José Neves from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 39th minute Liberto Merino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Liberto Merino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Henriques was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Suprs Academia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spartak de Txurdi were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Liberto Merino made a kick off. When Liberto Merino came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Spartak de Txurdi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liberto Merino couldn't finish the play. Mikolaj Grunwalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Neves in the 66th minute of play. Spartak de Txurdi's Regis Jaen was substituted for Evelio Senin. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spartak de Txurdi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José Neves was slow to take the kick. During this time Suprs Academia's players had a chance to rest. Mikolaj Grunwalski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Taveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Spartak de Txurdi's Filipe Meneses got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Domingos Lobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Yuri Parente was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. In the 80th match minute, Suprs Academia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Parente to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Suprs Academia's zone, Liberto Merino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Henriques came out of the goal and Liberto Merino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Spartak de Txurdi's goal looked a bit too open when José Neves came free, but Mikolaj Grunwalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Henriques was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Liberto Merino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Liberto Merino really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. 88 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Liberto Merino came free, but José Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Xavier Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Grunwalski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Hernandez came free, but José Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Spartak de Txurdi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
