Rinus van Rooijen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jelmer Kluivert in the 4th minute of play. Hans Stuifzand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Bakker having to interfere. In the 9th minute Jelmer Kluivert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rinus van Rooijen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Edward Stout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute Laurens Dekkers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Bakker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Jelmer Kluivert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rinus van Rooijen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teo Bakker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurens Dekkers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laurens Dekkers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Teo Bakker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, No Shit!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Vondel to maneuver through the defense. Victor Vondel kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Teo Bakker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Stuifzand, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 33 minutes, Victor Vondel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the No Shit!! and the Sas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Victor Vondel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Remond Mook came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Sas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remond Mook couldn't finish the play. Steven Scheffer charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Steven Scheffer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, No Shit!!'s Steven Scheffer got a free kick in the 37th minute. Sas's Remond Mook couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 38th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for No Shit!!. Laurens Dekkers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Bakker having to interfere. The supporters of Sas booed when No Shit!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudi Planting didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Patrick Bernard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rinus van Rooijen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marinus Bouwman to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 60th match minute, Sas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Zeegelaar to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, the referee gave Sas a penalty. Remond Mook looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Teo Bakker. In the 68thth minute of the game Hans Stuifzand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but No Shit!!'s Teo Bakker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patrick Bernard charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrick Bernard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sas's Dirk Ritsma was substituted for Rogier van Bronckhorst. Patrick Bernard kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Rinus van Rooijen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Bernard in the 75th minute of the match. If Laurens Dekkers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sas's Marcus Zeegelaar got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No Shit!!'s Teo Bakker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Stuifzand in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Laurens Dekkers made a precise shot to the right of Teo Bakker. No Shit!!'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Laurens Dekkers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Teo Bakker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
