Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kenneth Blanchaert started the match with the kick off. Minion Mim's Willem-Alexander Snieders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbrecht Jonckers in the 3rd minute of play. In the 10th minute Robbrecht Jonckers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem-Alexander Snieders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kickers United's Jamie Lembrechts got a free kick in the 14th minute. A collision led to Kickers United getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jacky Streels hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Minion Mim's Laurent Rouckeloos tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 17 played minutes Minion Mim got a freekick which was hit by Matijs De Weerdt. Kickers United's Gregory Verhelst got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 played minutes Kickers United got a freekick which was hit by Maxime Uytterhaegen. After 23 played minutes Minion Mim got a freekick which was hit by Matijs De Weerdt. In the 26th minute, Bryan Rummens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvain De Raeijmaeker charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvain De Raeijmaeker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kickers United getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Silvain De Raeijmaeker hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Kenneth Blanchaert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anthonio Van Bets was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Willem-Alexander Snieders didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robbrecht Jonckers went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 43 played minutes Kickers United got a freekick which was hit by Maxime Uytterhaegen. Willem-Alexander Snieders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbrecht Jonckers in the 46th minute of play. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robbrecht Jonckers to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes, Kickers United's Stijn Dheedene shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Willem-Alexander Snieders came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kickers United reached it. Maxime Uytterhaegen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Kickers United booed when Minion Mim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Demets didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willem-Alexander Snieders acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Stijn Dheedene. 63 minutes into the game, Kickers United's Silvain De Raeijmaeker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Willem-Alexander Snieders made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anthonio Van Bets showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kickers United eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
