Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ab Bekker got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Baker in the 4th minute of play forced De hijgende Hertjes's goalkeeper Floris Hoving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Dimitrie Iepmann took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gijsbert Luikens to make any attempt to save it. Dimitrie Iepmann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gijsbert Luikens came out and tried to block the shot, but Dimitrie Iepmann slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 8th minute. Floris Hoving made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Rein Klap in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Felix Baker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Revenge fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 23 played minutes De hijgende Hertjes got a freekick which was hit by Freek Pinksteren. Floris Hoving showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerben Saarberg in the 29th minute of the match. Felix Baker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlo Planting lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Revenge getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Carlo Planting hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, De hijgende Hertjes's Nigel Kooij got a free kick in the 36th minute. Gerben Saarberg hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Revenge's Gijsbert Luikens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Revenge from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dimitrie Iepmann was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Felix Baker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Floris Hoving saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Floris Hoving made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerben Saarberg in the 53rd minute of play. Nigel Kooij was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Revenge's Felix Baker shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Floris Hoving but with some difficulty. Revenge's Gijsbert Luikens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitrie Iepmann in the 58th minute of play. Pieter Korevaar kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Revenge's Gijsbert Luikens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Beukenkamp in the 61st minute of play. Gijsbert Luikens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Gijsbert Luikens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitrie Iepmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Floris Hoving took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Philip de Groot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Revenge's Felix Baker tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Philip de Groot kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Baker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Floris Hoving. That made the score 5-2 in the 82 minute of play. Gijsbert Luikens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Lammers, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Revenge's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
