The score was now 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, ФК КрасноДАР's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Verhaeghen came free, but Valentin Kanischev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmond Walder in the 9th minute of play forced ФК КрасноДАР's goalkeeper Valentin Kanischev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Marco Jamieson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ФК КрасноДАР's Valentin Kanischev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Verhaeghen in the 12th minute of play. If Mikhail Babka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freek Van Hoyvelt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marat Leonov in the 16th minute of the match. Valentin Kanischev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Verhaeghen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ФК КрасноДАР's Marat Leonov got a free kick in the 20th minute. 26 minutes into the game, ФК КрасноДАР's Mikhail Babka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freek Van Hoyvelt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Freek Van Hoyvelt came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by ФК КрасноДАР's Mikhail Babka. But to his dismay, Mikhail Babka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 38 minutes into the match, ФК КрасноДАР's goalkeeper Valentin Kanischev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmond Walder. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by ФК КрасноДАР's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Michael Verhaeghen was slow to take the kick. During this time SK Gullegem's players had a chance to rest. SK Gullegem's Maurus Jamieson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Valentin Kanischev in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arkadiy Averchenko to make the kick off. Valentin Kanischev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Verhaeghen in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, ФК КрасноДАР's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Jamieson came free, but Valentin Kanischev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikhail Babka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Freek Van Hoyvelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Michael Verhaeghen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Kanischev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of SK Gullegem booed when ФК КрасноДАР was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikhail Babka didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Arkadiy Averchenko dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Freek Van Hoyvelt, 1-4. The coaching staff of SK Gullegem protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Yanne Van Beneden had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 75 minutes into the game, one of SK Gullegem:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The supporters of ФК КрасноДАР booed when SK Gullegem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefaan Van Hoyveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th match minute, SK Gullegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefaan Van Hoyveldt to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Kanischev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Jamieson's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 91st match minute, SK Gullegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmond Walder to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SK Gullegem's Stefaan Van Hoyveldt got a free kick in the 94th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ФК КрасноДАР walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
