Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ralf Talsma got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th match minute, Olavarria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harold Reynders to maneuver through the defense. After 6 played minutes Olavarria FC got a freekick which was hit by Herald Dujardin. Martin Andriessen hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When Olavarria FC's Harold Reynders in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Seagulls's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18thth minute of the game Herald Dujardin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adam de Reyck was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martin Andriessen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Moerman in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Martin Andriessen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adam de Reyck. Martin Andriessen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herald Dujardin in the 35th minute of play. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Moerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Herald Dujardin took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan-Joost Smeekes. Jan-Joost Smeekes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 47 minutes into the game, Olavarria FC's Herald Dujardin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harold Reynders to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Olavarria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Moerman to maneuver through the defense. If Harold Reynders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Herald Dujardin sent off a good shot on target. Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Seagulls from getting a goal against them. Stef Pragt's late challenge caught a Olavarria FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stef Pragt helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Olavarria FC booed when Seagulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stef Pragt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the game, Herald Dujardin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olavarria FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seagulls the free kick. The supporters of Seagulls booed when Olavarria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herald Dujardin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
