Martial Bormans was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Pascal Bults capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pascal Bults really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, Jacco van Dartel notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of LeRoeulx's Martial Bormans. Martial Bormans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th match minute, MK Investments was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Pazdan to maneuver through the defense. MK Investments's Ruben Rolink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Geerts in the 14th minute of play. Pascal Bults took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martial Bormans. Martial Bormans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Xander Wenderix came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the LeRoeulx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xander Wenderix couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the LeRoeulx defense, Jacco van Dartel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martial Bormans. The LeRoeulx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martial Bormans should have stopped the shot. Dennis Hekman took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martial Bormans. Martial Bormans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Dennis Hekman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. MK Investments's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Jacco van Dartel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martial Bormans. That made the score 6-0 in the 36 minute of play. Jacco van Dartel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Martial Bormans made a huge save. Martial Bormans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Hekman in the 43rd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.
After 52 played minutes, LeRoeulx's Lionel Carpenter shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruben Rolink came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LeRoeulx reached it. 56 minutes into the match, Jacco van Dartel notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of LeRoeulx's Martial Bormans. Martial Bormans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 60 minutes into the match, LeRoeulx's goal looked a bit too open when Jacco van Dartel came free, but Martial Bormans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charlie Geerts was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Charlie Geerts hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Dennis Hekman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MK Investments fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Edwin Wisgerhof charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edwin Wisgerhof the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to MK Investments getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Edwin Wisgerhof hit a great ball. When Jarne Huyterhoeven came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the LeRoeulx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarne Huyterhoeven couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute, Augusto Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jarne Huyterhoeven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dennis Hekman in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martial Bormans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Martial Bormans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Hekman in the 81st minute of the match. Pascal Bults's late challenge caught a LeRoeulx's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascal Bults helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Pascal Bults hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the LeRoeulx defense, Jacco van Dartel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martial Bormans. The LeRoeulx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martial Bormans should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the game, Dennis Hekman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MK Investments's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LeRoeulx the free kick. In the 94th match minute, MK Investments was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Hekman to maneuver through the defense. MK Investments walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
