Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Victor Steckens kicked off to start the match. Douglas Schoenmaekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Steckens in the 6th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herman Bormans during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Bruges's Herman Bormans got a free kick in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Victor Steckens notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Bruges's Douglas Schoenmaekers. Douglas Schoenmaekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Jorg Vrijdags came free, but Douglas Schoenmaekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Schoenmaekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Steckens went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Tony Henderickx kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Fox Hunting Squad's Douglas Schoenmaekers threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jorg Vrijdags, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 32nd minute, Matthy Smets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Jorg Vrijdags put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Douglas Schoenmaekers. Fox Hunting Squad's Victor Steckens was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 36th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Fox Hunting Squad's Victor Steckens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Douglas Schoenmaekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 47th minute Jorg Vrijdags shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Schoenmaekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Charles-Antoine Segers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Van Gorpt came free, but Douglas Schoenmaekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Jorg Vrijdags ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Schoenmaekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Jorg Vrijdags recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tibau Leemans blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Douglas Schoenmaekers having to make a save. After some careless play in the FC Bruges defense, Jorg Vrijdags kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Douglas Schoenmaekers. The FC Bruges fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Douglas Schoenmaekers should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Jorg Vrijdags had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Schoenmaekers. FC Bruges's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorg Vrijdags was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Douglas Schoenmaekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinard Van Cleijnenbreughel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fox Hunting Squad fully deserved thier win.
