With a little luck, Football Club Zestafoni's Ignatiy Pilievi got control of the ball when Vanko Korchev tried to sneak it across the goal line. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Football Club Zestafoni's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gancho Nenchov was slow to take the kick. During this time Manchester United F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Gancho Nenchov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Football Club Zestafoni's Ignatiy Pilievi did a great save. Paata Podolyakin spun around in front of the goal 13 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Manchester United F.C.'s goal. Tzanyo Zvúncharov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paata Podolyakin in the 22nd minute of play. Ignatiy Pilievi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vanko Korchev's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes Football Club Zestafoni's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gancho Nenchov who took care of the corner kick. Vanko Korchev struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Ignatiy Pilievi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester United F.C.. When Khvicha Pulishvili came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Football Club Zestafoni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Khvicha Pulishvili couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paata Podolyakin was the one to do the kick off. When Manchester United F.C.'s Vanko Korchev in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Football Club Zestafoni's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Football Club Zestafoni's zone, Pavlin Karadimitrov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignatiy Pilievi came out of the goal and Pavlin Karadimitrov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, Haralampi Glavanakov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ignatiy Pilievi. Football Club Zestafoni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haralampi Glavanakov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Football Club Zestafoni's zone, Vanko Korchev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignatiy Pilievi came out of the goal and Vanko Korchev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manchester United F.C.'s Vanko Korchev got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tzanyo Zvúncharov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paata Podolyakin, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69th match minute, Manchester United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Minko Gurbalov to maneuver through the defense. Paata Podolyakin kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Manchester United F.C.'s Minko Gurbalov got a free kick in the 76th minute. Tzanyo Zvúncharov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paata Podolyakin in the 78th minute. Haralampi Glavanakov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd match minute, Manchester United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bozhil Peshleevski to maneuver through the defense. Ignatiy Pilievi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vanko Korchev went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Davit Beroshvili charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Davit Beroshvili the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ignatiy Pilievi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vanko Korchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vanko Korchev in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignatiy Pilievi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Manchester United F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
