A collision led to Vérsárkány SE getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Lajos Kárpáti hit a great ball. If Marc Van Kestbeek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Jansens came free, but József Bozsik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Vérsárkány SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedek Soós to maneuver through the defense. József Bozsik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Van Kestbeek in the 19th minute of play. Jorden Colebrandts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sándor Czakó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vérsárkány SE's Benedek Soós got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Portus Ganda's Pierre Van Leemputte in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vérsárkány SE's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Vérsárkány SE booed when Portus Ganda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernst Jansens didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Sándor Czakó cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jorden Colebrandts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pierre Van Leemputte in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck József Bozsik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. József Bozsik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Van Kestbeek in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Bence Kásás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lajos Bács had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sándor Czakó stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Vérsárkány SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedek Soós to maneuver through the defense. József Bozsik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Jansens in the 56th minute of play. Nimród Vadász's late challenge caught a Portus Ganda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nimród Vadász helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Nimród Vadász hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nimród Vadász got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Vérsárkány SE getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Nimród Vadász hit a great ball. After 63 played minutes Vérsárkány SE got a freekick which was hit by Sándor Czakó. Pierre Van Leemputte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without József Bozsik having to interfere. Vérsárkány SE's József Bozsik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Vérsárkány SE from getting a goal against them. Benedek Soós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. József Bozsik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre Van Leemputte in the 79th minute. Lajos Kárpáti kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. József Bozsik made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Pierre Van Leemputte sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th match minute, Vérsárkány SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedek Soós to maneuver through the defense. Ernst Jansens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennert De Loose's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but József Bozsik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. Vérsárkány SE were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Portus Ganda for a fine match.
