Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maarten Belmans got the match started through his kick off. Genk's Sergio Coomans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basiel Van de Weijer in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernt Cesters got free with Dimitri Huijbreghts in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Laurens Van Aken hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Dimitri Huijbreghts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charly Tombuer in the 10th minute of play. Pierre-Alexandre Maenhout kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Ruud De Spiegeleire kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Genk's Bernt Cesters dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 27th match minute, Esquirla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Claeys to maneuver through the defense. Dimitri Huijbreghts was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Guillaume Van Deinze. With a little luck, Esquirla FC's Dimitri Huijbreghts got control of the ball when Bernt Cesters tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernt Cesters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Dimitri Huijbreghts made a huge save. Dimitri Huijbreghts was a little too slow when Dyllan Vandenberge got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 40th minute, Dyllan Vandenberge reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dimitri Huijbreghts. The goal made the score 3-0. Michel Nilis kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Bernt Cesters kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Jo Rosbach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basiel Van de Weijer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernt Cesters scored 4-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dimitri Huijbreghts, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dimitri Huijbreghts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Cesters in the 58th minute of the match. After 59 minutes, Mario Claeys mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esquirla FC and the Genk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dimitri Huijbreghts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Cesters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Maarten Belmans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dimitri Huijbreghts was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 67 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre-Alexandre Maenhout came free, but Dimitri Huijbreghts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esquirla FC's Dimitri Huijbreghts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Cesters in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarten Belmans in the 69th minute of play forced Esquirla FC's goalkeeper Dimitri Huijbreghts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Esquirla FC defense, Bernt Cesters kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dimitri Huijbreghts. The Esquirla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dimitri Huijbreghts should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Maarten Belmans notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Esquirla FC's Dimitri Huijbreghts. Dimitri Huijbreghts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 77 minutes into the game, Maarten Belmans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Dimitri Huijbreghts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Basiel Van de Weijer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Coomans having to interfere. Dimitri Huijbreghts came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Genk's Bernt Cesters. But to his dismay, Bernt Cesters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Dimitri Huijbreghts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Cesters, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Cesters came free, but Dimitri Huijbreghts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Maarten Belmans sped through Esquirla FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dimitri Huijbreghts. Bernt Cesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitri Huijbreghts having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Bernt Cesters notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Esquirla FC's Dimitri Huijbreghts. Dimitri Huijbreghts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Genk's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
