Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raymond Verheije started the match with the kick off. Artur Sterckmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xander Steurms in the 4th minute of play. Arend Van Beneden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gillis Lembrechts, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 21st minute Steven De Kelper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Sterckmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of KV Schoonwater booed when Bacardi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georges Engelberchs didn't get a good kick on the ball. The KV Schoonwater fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when KV Schoonwater's Gillis Lembrechts looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arend Van Beneden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gillis Lembrechts in the 28th minute of the match. Michael Omblets hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes KV Schoonwater got a freekick which was hit by Armand Hemeleers. 33 minutes into the game, Gregorie Kloots cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Arend Van Beneden was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 37 minutes of play, KV Schoonwater's Gregorie Kloots made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arend Van Beneden was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Vanden Driessche in the 43rd minute of play forced Bacardi FC's goalkeeper Arend Van Beneden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armand Hemeleers hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gillis Lembrechts to strike the kick off in the second half. Artur Sterckmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Verheije in the 56th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorie Kloots came free, but Arend Van Beneden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 played minutes KV Schoonwater got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Vanden Driessche. When Raymond Verheije fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bacardi FC's protests and gave Raymond Verheije a yellow card for diving instead. Bacardi FC's Arend Van Beneden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxime Caes in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Gregorie Kloots shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arend Van Beneden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes KV Schoonwater got a freekick which was hit by Gillis Lembrechts. A collision led to Bacardi FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Georges Engelberchs hit a great ball. In the 82nd match minute, Bacardi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georges Engelberchs to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute Maxime Caes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arend Van Beneden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Maxime Caes notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Bacardi FC's Arend Van Beneden. Arend Van Beneden was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 91 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gillis Lembrechts came free, but Arend Van Beneden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arend Van Beneden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorie Kloots in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, KV Schoonwater's Primitivo Formerio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arend Van Beneden made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. KV Schoonwater's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
