Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Buitenhout FC's Teodosio Johans started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodosio Johans in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristiaan Van de Velde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edgard Armentier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Cristofanini having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Georges-Philippe van Haghten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodosio Johans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of de belletrekkers booed when Buitenhout FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heiko Need didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Buitenhout FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Armentier came free, but Maximino Cristofanini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Remco Baekelandt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Buitenhout FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Heiko Need hit a great ball. Gert Robijns hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Kristiaan Van de Velde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Koos Alberts's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koos Alberts in the 44th minute of play forced de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Kristiaan Van de Velde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, de belletrekkers's Remco Baekelandt got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgard Armentier made a kick off. A collision led to de belletrekkers getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. George Van Impe hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Teodosio Johans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristiaan Van de Velde was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roel van Zalingen in the 60th minute of the match. Maximino Cristofanini made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Van Impe in the 62nd minute. Kristiaan Van de Velde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roel van Zalingen in the 67th minute of play. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Johans, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodosio Johans in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristiaan Van de Velde saved de belletrekkers from getting behind. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koos Alberts, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The audience was convinced that Koos Alberts's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristiaan Van de Velde was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. A collision led to Buitenhout FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Roel van Zalingen hit a great ball. George Van Impe struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Maximino Cristofanini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for de belletrekkers. In the 77th minute, Roel van Zalingen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Koos Alberts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buitenhout FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Koos Alberts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristiaan Van de Velde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Buitenhout FC's Maximino Cristofanini got control of the ball when George Van Impe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Koos Alberts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodosio Johans in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristiaan Van de Velde saved de belletrekkers from getting behind. 91 minutes into the match, de belletrekkers's goal looked a bit too open when Roel van Zalingen came free, but Kristiaan Van de Velde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Teodosio Johans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Buitenhout FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
