Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Igor Pisarski started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes of play, HIT Gorica's Istok Šabotić made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Kmetov was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Istok Šabotić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Kmetov was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. In the 6th match minute, Botev Plovdiv 1912 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petko Lyubchenkov to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Botev Plovdiv 1912's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Abalos came free, but Ivan Kmetov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The HIT Gorica fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when HIT Gorica's Istok Šabotić looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Istok Šabotić in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Kmetov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The HIT Gorica fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when HIT Gorica's Istok Šabotić looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Istok Šabotić in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Kmetov saved Botev Plovdiv 1912 from getting behind. Konstantin Pančur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valko Mitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Istok Šabotić in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Kmetov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Botev Plovdiv 1912's Ivan Kmetov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Istok Šabotić in the 27th minute of play. Ivan Kmetov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Istok Šabotić in the 29th minute of play. Ivan Kmetov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Abalos in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Istok Šabotić cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ivan Kmetov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Igor Pisarski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konstantin Pančur having to make a save. In the 37th minute, Igor Pisarski made a precise shot to the right of Konstantin Pančur. HIT Gorica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Istok Šabotić hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Ivan Kmetov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Istok Šabotić in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half HIT Gorica were leading 1-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Istok Šabotić was the one to do the kick off. When HIT Gorica's Venancio Abalos in the 50th minute got a chance for a shot 50th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalkeeper Ivan Kmetov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Igor Pisarski hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. HIT Gorica made a substitution. Richard Koštomaj replaced Wlodzimierz Wlodyga. The supporters of HIT Gorica booed when Botev Plovdiv 1912 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Pisarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute Zlatko Goričan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Kmetov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Kmetov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zlatko Goričan, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. HIT Gorica made a substitution. Gora Nevedomskiy replaced Slawomir Gargasz. Ivan Kmetov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duško Turnšek in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Abalos in the 80th minute of play forced Botev Plovdiv 1912's goalkeeper Ivan Kmetov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Kmetov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatko Goričan in the 83rd minute of play. CJ Desailly kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Botev Plovdiv 1912's Ognyan Filipov seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ognyan Filipov the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Botev Plovdiv 1912 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ognyan Filipov had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 87th minute, Ognyan Filipov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Rastislav Tomič got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Botev Plovdiv 1912's Ivan Kmetov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Botev Plovdiv 1912 from getting a goal against them. HIT Gorica's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
