With an all-out effort, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Stavri Minovski threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vihren Bozhanov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Stavri Minovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vihren Bozhanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. VN BAKITO's Stavri Minovski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save VN BAKITO from getting a goal against them. Gercho Nenchovski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stavri Minovski having to interfere. Rostislav Sitarski came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Stavri Minovski could save by the left post. Rostislav Sitarski kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Gercho Nenchovski was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Denko Padarev kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to VN SOKOLI-VARNA getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Rostislav Sitarski hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in VN BAKITO's zone, Valentin Krotev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stavri Minovski came out of the goal and Valentin Krotev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Stavri Minovski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vihren Bozhanov to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes VN SOKOLI-VARNA got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Krotev. After a rather tough play, VN BAKITO's Vangel Gevrenov got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 57 minutes, Valeri Tzokev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VN BAKITO and the VN SOKOLI-VARNA players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to VN BAKITO getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Valeri Tzokev hit a great ball. Valentin Krotev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 65 minutes into the game, when Andon Traychev put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Andon Traychev got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Trifon Mladenov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Pencho Dulev came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the VN BAKITO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pencho Dulev couldn't finish the play. After 84 played minutes VN BAKITO got a freekick which was hit by Borimir Dragiev. Valentin Krotev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87thth minute of the game Tzvetoslav Vúlchov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VN BAKITO's Stavri Minovski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stavri Minovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gercho Nenchovski in the 89th minute of the match. Valentin Krotev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
