Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jouke Jacobs took the kick off in the first half of the match. SÉ SE's Gyula Grosics proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save SÉ SE from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mátyás Török in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hendrik Adriaanse saved De Pelgrims from getting behind. In the 8th minute of the game, Jacques Stubbe landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 8 minutes into the game, Norbert Veress was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SÉ SE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Pelgrims the free kick. In the 10th minute, Norbert Veress hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hendrik Adriaanse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máté Kis, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. If András Hámori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Jacobs's late challenge caught a SÉ SE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Jacobs helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of De Pelgrims booed when SÉ SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pál Pulai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Máté Kis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Gerard van Diemen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gyula Grosics took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jouke Jacobs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdi van der Schaaf hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mátyás Török in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, De Pelgrims's goal looked a bit too open when András Hámori came free, but Hendrik Adriaanse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hendrik Adriaanse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mátyás Török in the 34th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, SÉ SE's Albert Szél nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hendrik Adriaanse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 42 played minutes De Pelgrims got a freekick which was hit by Emiel Dilling. After the first half SÉ SE were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mátyás Török made a kick off. Hendrik Adriaanse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mátyás Török in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd match minute, De Pelgrims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pieter Oost to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of SÉ SE booed when De Pelgrims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jouke Jacobs didn't get a good kick on the ball. When András Rácz fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SÉ SE's protests and gave András Rácz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SÉ SE's András Rácz got a free kick in the 56th minute. Gyula Grosics made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jouke Jacobs in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of SÉ SE booed when De Pelgrims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Jacobs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Szél received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hendrik Adriaanse came out and tried to block the shot, but Albert Szél slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 67th minute. András Hámori could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Hendrik Adriaanse made a huge save. In the 71st minute, Pieter Oost got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Mátyás Török notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse. Hendrik Adriaanse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pál Pulai hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Marco Kiewiet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mátyás Török in the 94th minute of play forced De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Hendrik Adriaanse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SÉ SE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
