Ben Jaddon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mátyás Török in the 11th minute of play. Ben Jaddon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mátyás Török's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Mátyás Török sped through FC Ouagadougou National's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ben Jaddon. Jeremie Sterkx's late challenge caught a SÉ SE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremie Sterkx helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Jeremie Sterkx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Noel Imbreghts came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the FC Ouagadougou National fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Imbreghts couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by László Pálinkás during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, SÉ SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by László Pálinkás to maneuver through the defense. Norbert Veress received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ben Jaddon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, SÉ SE's Gyula Grosics got control of the ball when Noel Imbreghts tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gyula Grosics showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Imbreghts in the 64th minute of the match. Steffe De Jonge kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Klaus De Bougne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gyula Grosics made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noel Imbreghts in the 73rd minute. Noel Imbreghts struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Gyula Grosics didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ouagadougou National. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SÉ SE had won after a very even match.
