Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frits Beuneker made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd match minute, Hungarian Olympic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by László Nemes to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Hungarian Olympic's Ábel Barta got control of the ball when Frits Beuneker tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Hungarian Olympic booed when De Pelgrims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Menno Bodde didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute János Fazekas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik Adriaanse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Danny van den Hoogen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frits Beuneker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Job van der Schans kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 23rd play minutes János Dala shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Hendrik Adriaanse and just under the crossbar into goal. Ábel Barta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kelvin de Boer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that János Fazekas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hendrik Adriaanse was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. György Király struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Hendrik Adriaanse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungarian Olympic. After having played for 45 minutes, Frits Beuneker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Pelgrims's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frits Beuneker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 48 minutes, György Király mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hungarian Olympic and the De Pelgrims players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, one of Hungarian Olympic:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hungarian Olympic. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for János Fazekas to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Hungarian Olympic got a freekick which was hit by László Nemes. Menno Bodde kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, De Pelgrims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geert Arend Robben to maneuver through the defense. De Pelgrims's Hendrik Adriaanse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Fazekas in the 61st minute of play. Hendrik Adriaanse made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Máté Berta sent off a good shot on target. László Müller kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Ferdi van der Schaaf took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ábel Barta. Hungarian Olympic's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hendrik Adriaanse made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when János Dala sent off a good shot on target. After 75 played minutes Hungarian Olympic got a freekick which was hit by Fábián Solti. Ábel Barta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frits Beuneker, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hungarian Olympic's zone, Kelvin de Boer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ábel Barta came out of the goal and Kelvin de Boer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When De Pelgrims's Kelvin de Boer in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungarian Olympic's goalie prevented a goal. Ábel Barta came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by De Pelgrims's Koos Keupink. But to his dismay, Koos Keupink quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Ábel Barta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frits Beuneker, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Frits Beuneker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Ábel Barta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Hungarian Olympic players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented De Pelgrims from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
