Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stanislav Špalek took the kick off in the first half of the match. Attila Gerebics kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Gusztáv Jászberényi made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Josef Blažej sent off a good shot on target. Mihály Csontos kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Gusztáv Jászberényi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Míchal. In the 13th minute Golden Tigers were awarded a corner. Jan Míchal went to the cornerflag to take it. Jan Míchal made a great header on Golden Tigers's corner, it was just that Szombathely Squirrels's Gusztáv Jászberényi managed to reach the ball for a save. 18 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Gusztáv Győrffy came free, but Michal Krajča reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Gusztáv Győrffy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Tigers's Michal Krajča was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Szombathely Squirrels's Gusztáv Győrffy in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Golden Tigers's goalie prevented a goal. If Stanislav Špalek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gusztáv Jászberényi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stanislav Špalek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gusztáv Győrffy in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michal Krajča prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the game, Stanislav Špalek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gusztáv Jászberényi. Stanislav Špalek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Gusztáv Győrffy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Krajča having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Josef Blažej who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szombathely Squirrels's Gusztáv Jászberényi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Josef Blažej had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gusztáv Jászberényi. Szombathely Squirrels's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josef Blažej was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gusztáv Győrffy to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Szombathely Squirrels's zone, Josef Blažej stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gusztáv Jászberényi came out of the goal and Josef Blažej tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Szombathely Squirrels getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Lajos Jakó hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Attila Gerebics got free with Michal Krajča in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 60th minute, Szombathely Squirrels's Attila Gerebics ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Michal Krajča. Michal Krajča yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Szombathely Squirrels's zone, Miroslav Berki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gusztáv Jászberényi came out of the goal and Miroslav Berki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Szombathely Squirrels defense, Stanislav Špalek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gusztáv Jászberényi. The Szombathely Squirrels fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gusztáv Jászberényi should have stopped the shot. Miroslav Berki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Gusztáv Jászberényi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lajos Jakó hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Szombathely Squirrels's zone, Jan Míchal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gusztáv Jászberényi came out of the goal and Jan Míchal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gusztáv Győrffy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Szombathely Squirrels booed when Golden Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Míchal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gusztáv Jászberényi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Blažej, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Josef Blažej came free, but Gusztáv Jászberényi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, Golden Tigers's Josef Blažej made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gusztáv Jászberényi was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Stanislav Špalek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Golden Tigers fully deserved thier win.
