After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Joost Rummens got a free kick in the 4th minute. Bartjan Parmentier succeeded in the game's 7th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 14th minute, VC zoetwater's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jerry Verbeeck fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Stan Hagemans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luckas De Wortelaers scored 2-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stan Hagemans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bartjan Parmentier took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stan Hagemans. Stan Hagemans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 26 minutes into the match, Bartjan Parmentier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stan Hagemans. VC zoetwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartjan Parmentier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Bartjan Parmentier put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Stan Hagemans. In the 36th minute, Bartjan Parmentier made a precise shot to the right of Stan Hagemans. VC zoetwater's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. If Luckas De Wortelaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stan Hagemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartjan Parmentier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bartjan Parmentier to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartjan Parmentier in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stan Hagemans saved VC zoetwater from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartjan Parmentier in the 55th minute of play forced VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Stan Hagemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, KFC Paal-Tervant's Jerry Verbeeck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stan Hagemans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. 62 minutes into the match, Bartjan Parmentier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stan Hagemans. VC zoetwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartjan Parmentier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. After a rather tough play, VC zoetwater's Jeoffrey Wiggers got a free kick in the 66th minute. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Bartjan Parmentier sped through VC zoetwater's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stan Hagemans. Stan Hagemans came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Paal-Tervant's Jerry Verbeeck. But to his dismay, Jerry Verbeeck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Albert Depauw hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fred Van Hoeyveld during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 81 played minutes VC zoetwater got a freekick which was hit by Fred Van Hoeyveld. In the 82nd minute, Adolf van Goetsenhoven sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and VC zoetwater's Stan Hagemans didn't even have to move. 83 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Bartjan Parmentier came free, but Stan Hagemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stan Hagemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartjan Parmentier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes of play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Bartjan Parmentier made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stan Hagemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stan Hagemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartjan Parmentier in the 90th minute of the match. If Luckas De Wortelaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KFC Paal-Tervant fully deserved thier win.
