The supporters of Golden Tigers booed when VC zoetwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Uyttebroeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Stanislav Špalek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miroslav Berki kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jeoffrey Wiggers hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Miroslav Berki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, Jan Míchal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Henri Uyttebroeck hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 52nd minute, Golden Tigers's Stanislav Špalek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stan Hagemans. Stan Hagemans yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. When Golden Tigers's Josef Blažej in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VC zoetwater's goalie prevented a goal. Stan Hagemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislav Špalek in the 57th minute of play. Stanislav Špalek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stan Hagemans having to make a save. 63 minutes into the match, Josef Blažej dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stan Hagemans, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Stanislav Špalek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanislav Špalek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stan Hagemans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Josef Blažej had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 minutes of play, Golden Tigers's Stanislav Špalek made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stan Hagemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in VC zoetwater's zone, Stanislav Špalek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stan Hagemans came out of the goal and Stanislav Špalek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's Stanislav Špalek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stan Hagemans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 84 minutes, Josef Blažej made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. VC zoetwater's Stan Hagemans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Stanislav Špalek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Golden Tigers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
