Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luukas Van Halbeeck kicked off to start the match. Oscar Vaalman struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Jo Maerschalcx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verwachting. Casper Enting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Qvalfeldt in the 10th minute of the match. The supporters of Verwachting booed when SK Dreigoten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stef De Weijngaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match, Luukas Van Halbeeck got a very nice opportunity to score, but Casper Enting was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 22 minutes, Klaas Jeuring mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Verwachting and the SK Dreigoten players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cedric Van Landewijck in the 29th minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Casper Enting to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Vaalman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jo Maerschalcx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casper Enting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cedric Van Landewijck, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute, Gerrit Melis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ron Lammers to strike the kick off in the second half. Jo Maerschalcx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerrit Melis in the 55th minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, SK Dreigoten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luukas Van Halbeeck to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Verwachting's goal looked a bit too open when Cedric Van Landewijck came free, but Casper Enting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Enting came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Dreigoten's Jules Van Beringhen. But to his dismay, Jules Van Beringhen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 62 played minutes Verwachting got a freekick which was hit by Klaas Jeuring. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerrit Melis during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute, Gerrit Melis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lex Haesevoets kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Casper Enting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cedric Van Landewijck in the 68th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Verwachting's corner Franck Bakhuis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jo Maerschalcx quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Jules Van Beringhen managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK Dreigoten's supporters rose to their feet, but Jules Van Beringhen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Enting breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Cedric Van Landewijck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Enting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Enting came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by SK Dreigoten's Per Qvalfeldt. But to his dismay, Per Qvalfeldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Casper Enting didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Qvalfeldt went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.
