Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ľubomír Čuntala made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Bruly defense, Ľubomír Čuntala kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rudy Duchateau. The Bruly fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rudy Duchateau should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Bruly's Denver Gagnon threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Theo De Geest, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 13th minute Matej Harvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudy Duchateau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Bruly's Joseph Neels dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Bruly's Rudy Duchateau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dušan Obšut in the 18th minute of play. Rudy Duchateau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matej Harvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Matej Harvan came free, but Rudy Duchateau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Benoit Keuppens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bruly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JuSi Malacky the free kick. In the 25th minute, Benoit Keuppens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viktor Kvietkovič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudy Duchateau having to interfere. Denver Gagnon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Melkval in the 31st minute of play. Denver Gagnon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Neels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rudy Duchateau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ľubomír Čuntala, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Matej Harvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudy Duchateau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Stano Radolský fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JuSi Malacky's protests and gave Stano Radolský a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bruly booed when JuSi Malacky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stano Radolský didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Matej Harvan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rudy Duchateau. Bruly's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matej Harvan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joseph Neels was the one to do the kick off. Boudewijn Lanfan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denver Gagnon having to interfere. JuSi Malacky's Denver Gagnon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Melkval in the 53rd minute of play. Rudy Duchateau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ľubomír Čuntala, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. JuSi Malacky were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Bruly's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ivan Šimko took the corner. The corner ended in Ivan Šimko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bruly's Rudy Duchateau did a great save. In the 62nd match minute, Bruly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Melkval to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Dušan Obšut came free, but Rudy Duchateau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erwin-Alexander Beckers struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Denver Gagnon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bruly. Ľubomír Čuntala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rudy Duchateau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Boudewijn Lanfan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denver Gagnon having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Viktor Kvietkovič managed to get in a good position for a shot. JuSi Malacky's supporters rose to their feet, but Viktor Kvietkovič was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudy Duchateau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matej Harvan in the 82nd minute of play forced Bruly's goalkeeper Rudy Duchateau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernst Melkval hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Dušan Obšut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rudy Duchateau. Bruly's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dušan Obšut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Rudy Duchateau made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ľubomír Čuntala sent off a good shot on target. The JuSi Malacky supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing JuSi Malacky would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
