Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) FC CSKA's Yancho Dzhongarski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Cup2's goalkeeper Levent Trasiev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yancho Dzhongarski. Cup2's Levent Trasiev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Cup2 from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the game, Asen Shavarski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Oleg Ubinov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oleg Ubinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tzanko Papukchiev in the 19th minute of the match. The corner ended in Rafail Kamberov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC CSKA's Oleg Ubinov did a great save. Levent Trasiev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Varban Netzov, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Cup2's Levent Trasiev got control of the ball when Yancho Dzhongarski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cup2's Levent Trasiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Varban Netzov in the 35th minute of play. Yancho Dzhongarski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Levent Trasiev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 43 played minutes FC CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Stoil Kastrev. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tzanko Papukchiev was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yancho Dzhongarski in the 52nd minute of play forced Cup2's goalkeeper Levent Trasiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Tzoko Beninski made a precise shot to the right of Levent Trasiev. Cup2's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Yancho Dzhongarski hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd match minute, FC CSKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doychin Chervenkov to maneuver through the defense. Cup2's Levent Trasiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vlado Manchev in the 66th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Tzoko Beninski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC CSKA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Levent Trasiev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vlado Manchev in the 77th minute of play. Levent Trasiev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Varban Netzov went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Oleg Ubinov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tzanko Papukchiev in the 85th minute. After 93 played minutes FC CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Tzoko Beninski. FC CSKA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cup2 for a fine match.
