Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Tamás Holló started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Oleg Ubinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamás Holló, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. A nice corner shot did that István Fülöp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oleg Ubinov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, FC CSKA's Hristo Konsulov got a free kick in the 15th minute. The supporters of FC CSKA booed when FC Henter Somosd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. János Szepesi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Tamás Holló was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Henter Somosd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC CSKA the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yancho Dzhongarski in the 23rd minute of play forced FC Henter Somosd's goalkeeper Péter Gulácsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes FC Henter Somosd got a freekick which was hit by Árpád Sugár. With a little luck, FC CSKA's Oleg Ubinov got control of the ball when Lajos Laczkó tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, FC Henter Somosd's goal looked a bit too open when Yancho Dzhongarski came free, but Péter Gulácsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tzoko Beninski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Árpád Sugár charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Árpád Sugár the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tamás Holló in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oleg Ubinov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Péter Gulácsi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Varban Netzov in the 56th minute of play. Varban Netzov took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Péter Gulácsi. Péter Gulácsi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. FC Henter Somosd's Péter Gulácsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yancho Dzhongarski in the 65th minute of play. FC CSKA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yancho Dzhongarski in the 66th minute. FC CSKA's Yancho Dzhongarski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Péter Gulácsi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A hard shot 67 in the game by Vlado Manchev from a close distance when the talented Péter Gulácsi managed to make a qualified save. FC Henter Somosd's players were relieved. 67 minutes into the game, Vlado Manchev lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Péter Gulácsi. Oleg Ubinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lajos Laczkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 played minutes FC Henter Somosd got a freekick which was hit by Árpád Sugár. In the 82nd minute Varban Netzov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Gulácsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC CSKA's Doychin Chervenkov got a free kick in the 92nd minute. After some careless play in the FC Henter Somosd defense, Varban Netzov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Péter Gulácsi. The FC Henter Somosd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Péter Gulácsi should have stopped the shot. The FC Henter Somosd supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC CSKA's performance. The match ended with a win for FC CSKA.
