Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Etienne Langhmans made the kick off and thus started the match. Uwe Nwachukwu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tostão van Beek's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Draconia's goalkeeper Uwe Nwachukwu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barbosa van Beek came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Draconia's Ief Depauw. But to his dismay, Ief Depauw quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okan Buruk in the 13th minute of play forced Beek City's goalkeeper Barbosa van Beek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Ief Depauw got a free kick in the 16th minute. 18 minutes in the game, Frits De Bruyn fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Uwe Nwachukwu having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tostão van Beek got free with Uwe Nwachukwu in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ief Depauw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Barbosa van Beek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barbosa van Beek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Okan Buruk's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Uwe Nwachukwu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tostão van Beek in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Ief Depauw got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beek City's Barbosa van Beek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etienne Langhmans in the 37th minute of play. Uwe Nwachukwu was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Frits De Bruyn capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frits De Bruyn really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. When Tostão van Beek came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Beek City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tostão van Beek couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tostão van Beek got free with Uwe Nwachukwu in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Frits De Bruyn made the kick off in the second half. Barbosa van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Okan Buruk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Andre Poortmans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tostão van Beek in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uwe Nwachukwu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Draconia's Uwe Nwachukwu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Goffeyn in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Frits De Bruyn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Uwe Nwachukwu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Uwe Nwachukwu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão van Beek, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 69 minutes into the game, Frits De Bruyn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beek City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Draconia the free kick. Uwe Nwachukwu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão van Beek in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tostão van Beek in the 74th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Uwe Nwachukwu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Beek City's Ken Goffeyn got a free kick in the 75th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Ief Depauw came free, but Barbosa van Beek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 played minutes FC Draconia got a freekick which was hit by Klaus Dhondt. In the 92nd minute Tostão van Beek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uwe Nwachukwu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uwe Nwachukwu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão van Beek, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Uwe Nwachukwu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão van Beek in the 93rd minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
