Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gerard van den Eede got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerard van den Eede. In the 19th match minute, The Underdogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henk-Jan Zeldenrust to maneuver through the defense. Gerard van den Eede received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerard van den Eede slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. The Underdogs's Jean-Paul Daalmeyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noah Lyles in the 27th minute of play. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Decathlon Dudes's Carlo Moek. But to his dismay, Carlo Moek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Dirk-Jan van Bronckhorst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Meppelink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roelof Zeevenhoven in the 43rd minute of play forced The Underdogs's goalkeeper Jean-Paul Daalmeyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pieter Lodewijks hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Underdogs's Jean-Paul Daalmeyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harris Wijkstra in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Noah Lyles was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's goalkeeper Jean-Paul Daalmeyer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roelof Zeevenhoven. In the 53rd minute, Noah Lyles reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jean-Paul Daalmeyer. The goal made the score 2-2. The Underdogs made a substitution. Denny Polak replaced Teo Reintjes. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noah Lyles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorato Guter during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, The Underdogs's Honorato Guter got a free kick in the 64th minute. 69 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's goalkeeper Jean-Paul Daalmeyer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roelof Zeevenhoven. Henk-Jan Zeldenrust hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The Underdogs's Henk-Jan Zeldenrust got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Henk-Jan Zeldenrust off the ground. Harris Wijkstra was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noah Lyles got free with Jean-Paul Daalmeyer in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 79 minutes of play, Decathlon Dudes's Roelof Zeevenhoven made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jean-Paul Daalmeyer was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute, Rahmi Bostancı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
