Clemente Recife charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clemente Recife the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Danone CC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Clemente Recife hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Pinheiros Capibaras FC defense, Júnior Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fabiano Baptista. The Pinheiros Capibaras FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fabiano Baptista should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Guilherme Donato during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes Pinheiros Capibaras FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Donato. Luís Fabiano Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Recife in the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Enéas Ribeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Danone CC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalkeeper Luís Fabiano Baptista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Júnior Veloso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Luís Fabiano Baptista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Fabiano Baptista made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Júnior Veloso sent off a good shot on target. Luís Fabiano Baptista was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cyprian Grajewski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 38 minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Danone CC's Clemente Recife ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luís Fabiano Baptista. Luís Fabiano Baptista yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Júnior Veloso made a kick off. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Luís Fabiano Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Recife in the 52nd minute of play. Luís Fabiano Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Macedo in the 54th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Mosiniak came free, but Luís Fabiano Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 minutes, Luís Fabiano Sena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pinheiros Capibaras FC and the Danone CC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luís Fabiano Baptista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Júnior Veloso went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Luís Fabiano Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júnior Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 minutes of play, Danone CC's Enéas Ribeiro made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Fabiano Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Danone CC's Cauan Marinho was substituted for Cyprian Grajewski. Danone CC's Dinei de Medeiros was substituted for Tião Esteves. Adriano Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Alfredinho Pimenta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Pinheiros Capibaras FC defense, Júnior Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fabiano Baptista. The Pinheiros Capibaras FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fabiano Baptista should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute, Alfredinho Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, Pinheiros Capibaras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. Alfredinho Pimenta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luís Fabiano Baptista. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. There was no doubt that Danone CC were the better team. Danone CC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
