Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Divina Comédia FC's Dedê Cerezo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Otávio Massa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedê Cerezo in the 2nd minute of the match. Júnior Veloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Danone CC's Júnior Veloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogério Ceni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Divina Comédia FC's zone, Júnior Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogério Ceni came out of the goal and Júnior Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogério Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Recife, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enéas Ribeiro in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogério Ceni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zdzislaw Waselewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zdzislaw Waselewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Zdzislaw Waselewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedrão Paraense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute of the match, Pedrão Paraense got a very nice opportunity to score, but Otávio Massa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lamar Walls hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Otávio Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio Chulapa in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Júnior Veloso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Divina Comédia FC's Rogério Ceni. Rogério Ceni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute, Jairo Macedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogério Ceni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 47 minutes into the game, Clemente Recife cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Rogério Ceni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Danone CC were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Júnior Veloso to strike the kick off in the second half. Clemente Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Divina Comédia FC's zone, Jairo Macedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogério Ceni came out of the goal and Jairo Macedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Danone CC booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Paulo Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogério Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Grajewski in the 64th minute of the match. Dorian Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Rogério Ceni made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Enéas Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. After 72 minutes of play, Danone CC's Júnior Veloso made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogério Ceni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Clemente Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Ceni having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Cyprian Grajewski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rogério Ceni. Cyprian Grajewski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Danone CC made a substitution. Cauan Marinho replaced Cyprian Grajewski. Danone CC made a substitution. Dinei de Medeiros replaced Tião Esteves. Cauan Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rogério Ceni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogério Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Mosiniak in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th play minute Szczepan Mosiniak came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rogério Ceni. 0-8. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Divina Comédia FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alfredinho Pimenta was slow to take the kick. During this time Danone CC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Danone CC's Alfredinho Pimenta to fire away a dangerous shot which Rogério Ceni despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 94th minute of the match, Clemente Recife tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rogério Ceni saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Enéas Ribeiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Rogério Ceni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rogério Ceni was a little too slow when Júnior Veloso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 0-9.
