Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Massa in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Haimar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Egídio Fernandes was slow to take the kick. During this time Guarani Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Guarani Futebol Clube's Egídio Fernandes to fire away a dangerous shot which Matias Haimar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Matias Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Giuseppe Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Guarani Futebol Clube's zone, Wilian Matorin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After taking down the ball on Guarani Futebol Clube's corner Egídio Fernandes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matias Haimar quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Massa in the 37th minute of play forced Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s goalkeeper Matias Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
