Spectators: 146 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luiz Moraes started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Luiz Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Moraes's late challenge caught a Sandinense ADF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sandinense ADF booed when Club Athletic Warszaw was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toninho Vaz charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toninho Vaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Sandinense ADF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Vaz to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Hoffmann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tony de Sena. Ronaldo Hoffmann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Luiz Moraes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Tony de Sena made a huge save. After 22 played minutes Sandinense ADF got a freekick which was hit by Rodriguinho Dias. Tony de Sena made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Nilson Torres sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Club Athletic Warszaw's Ronaldo Hoffmann seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ronaldo Hoffmann the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Club Athletic Warszaw protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ronaldo Hoffmann had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 36th minute, one of Club Athletic Warszaw:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Athletic Warszaw. Joel Penha walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Nilson Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tony de Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony de Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manfredo Maciel in the 43rd minute. Armandinho Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nilson Torres got free with Tony de Sena in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodriguinho Dias to strike the kick off in the second half. Armandinho Fernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tony de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armandinho Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Manfredo Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tony de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Maciel in the 59th minute of the match. Romário Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Manfredo Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tony de Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Athletic Warszaw walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
