Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Samuca Cearense got the match started through his kick off. When André Luís de Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barra EC's protests and gave André Luís de Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Barra EC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. André Luís de Amaral hit a great ball. Afonsinho Monteiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rômulo Camargo having to make a save. In the 7th minute, Pedro Luiz Souto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 11th minute Samuca Cearense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adriano Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dito Vander went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Dito Vander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Pedro Luiz Souto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Samuca Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Barra EC booed when SUPERSTAR - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Barra EC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Pedro Luiz Souto hit a great ball. With a little luck, Barra EC's Rômulo Camargo got control of the ball when Samuca Cearense tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Barra EC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Luiz Souto made a kick off. Adriano Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Souto in the 53rd minute of the match. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pedro Luiz Souto 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. A collision led to Barra EC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Pedro Luiz Souto hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Pedro Luiz Souto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barra EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Adriano Carvalho was a little too slow when Pedro Luiz Souto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-5. In the 75th match minute, SUPERSTAR - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Matos to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goalkeeper Adriano Carvalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Luís de Amaral. During the 78th minute of the match André Luís de Amaral completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave André Luís de Amaral a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of SUPERSTAR - DMZ booed when Barra EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Adriano Carvalho got control of the ball when Pedro Luiz Souto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgar Guerra hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Rômulo Camargo came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Samuca Cearense. But to his dismay, Samuca Cearense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. With 93 minutes on the clock, Manuel Loyola commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Barra EC! In the 95th minute there was a penalty for SUPERSTAR - DMZ. Toninho Paes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rômulo Camargo. 2-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Barra EC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
