Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Arsenal MGK's Marcelo Vasconcelos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Léo Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Marcelo Vasconcelos scored 1-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rômulo Camargo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dito Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Souto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Souto in the 24th minute of the match. Rui Souto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luiz Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Souto came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Barra EC's Pedro Luiz Souto. But to his dismay, Pedro Luiz Souto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Vasconcelos in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rômulo Camargo saved Barra EC from getting behind. 46 minutes into the game, Barra EC's Pedro Luiz Souto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rui Souto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Luiz Souto made a kick off. Dito Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Souto having to interfere. When Nilton da Silva fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal MGK's protests and gave Nilton da Silva a yellow card for diving instead. Rui Souto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dudu Rocha. Rui Souto didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Barra EC's Pedro Luiz Souto shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Marcelo Vasconcelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rômulo Camargo having to interfere. Marcelo Vasconcelos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rômulo Camargo having to make a save. Rui Souto was a little too slow when Pedro Luiz Souto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 71st match minute, Arsenal MGK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edson Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedro Luiz Souto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rui Souto. That made the score 1-5 in the 74 minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Flavinho Ribeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arsenal MGK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barra EC the free kick. Flavinho Ribeiro hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Arsenal MGK's Edson Favoretto got a free kick in the 84th minute. Pedro Luiz Souto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Rui Souto made a huge save. André Luís de Amaral hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. During the 92nd minute of the match Edson Favoretto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Edson Favoretto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Arsenal MGK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Edson Favoretto hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal MGK's zone, Pedro Luiz Souto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Souto came out of the goal and Pedro Luiz Souto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Arsenal MGK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Barra EC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
