Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when José Maria Teixeira got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th match minute, Proteu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizinho Perfumo to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Ernesto Dionísio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dagoberto Paranaense who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Ulysses Donato when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Proteu's Gugu Tasso got a free kick in the 25th minute. With an all-out effort, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Ulysses Donato threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from José Maria Teixeira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 28 minutes of play, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's José Maria Teixeira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulysses Donato was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Mathias Freire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Red Dragon FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Valdemar Campidelis hit a great ball. In the 34th match minute, Proteu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evandro Guedes to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Murilo Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Proteu's Qu Wei in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qu Wei in the 41st minute of play forced Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Leonardo Trancoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Qu Wei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Proteu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

The wind increased when Qu Wei made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Proteu's Luís Eduardo Ferraz got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of Proteu booed when Red Dragon FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathias Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Qu Wei hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Leonardo Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qu Wei in the 65th minute of play. Evandro Guedes charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evandro Guedes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Proteu getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Evandro Guedes hit a great ball. Ulysses Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Teixeira in the 69th minute of play. Luís Eduardo Ferraz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Qu Wei notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Leonardo Trancoso. Leonardo Trancoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Red Dragon FC - DMZ defense, Qu Wei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Trancoso. The Red Dragon FC - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Trancoso should have stopped the shot. José Maria Teixeira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulysses Donato read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. José Maria Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Proteu's Qu Wei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Trancoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Proteu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
