Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Arthur de Toledo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Arthur de Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseu Negri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Benedito Bastos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Carlos Mattos went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Betão Cosme hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Sandrinho Xavier had to leave the field with a concussion. Fernando Toscano's late challenge caught a New Loser FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Toscano helped the player get up and apologised. New Loser FC's João Pedro Goiano was substituted for Sandrinho Xavier. 15 minutes into the match, Gildo Corrêa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benedito Bastos, 2-1. 24 minutes into the match, João Carlos Mattos notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Benedito Bastos. Benedito Bastos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jailson Souto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Benedito Bastos made a huge save. João Pedro Goiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Carlos Mattos came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benedito Bastos could save by the left post. Benedito Bastos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Pedro Goiano went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gildo Corrêa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes G.E. Juventus FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Jailson Godoi. After some careless play in the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ defense, João Carlos Mattos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedito Bastos. The G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedito Bastos should have stopped the shot. Gildo Corrêa took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedito Bastos. Benedito Bastos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. In the 59th minute João Carlos Mattos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedito Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedito Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Carlos Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedito Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, João Carlos Mattos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New Loser FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. 68 minutes into the game, João Pedro Goiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Benedito Bastos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, New Loser FC's João Pedro Goiano got a free kick in the 73rd minute. New Loser FC's Virgílio Diniz was substituted for João Carlos Mattos. João Pedro Goiano hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Hernani Ramos took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedito Bastos. Benedito Bastos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-1. Aírton Quirino hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Benedito Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gildo Corrêa in the 88th minute of the match. After some careless play in the G.E. Juventus FSCMZ defense, Virgílio Diniz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedito Bastos. The G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedito Bastos should have stopped the shot. Benedito Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernani Ramos in the 94th minute of play.
