Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Qu Wei kicked off to start the match. Eliseu Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qu Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 3rd match minute, New Loser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgílio Diniz to maneuver through the defense. New Loser FC's Erik Eger suffered a concussion in the 4th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 4 minutes into the game, Enéas Pontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Proteu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New Loser FC the free kick. In the 6th minute, Enéas Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Virgílio Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murilo Ferreira hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to New Loser FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Virgílio Diniz hit a great ball. Luizinho Perfumo hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Murilo Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Proteu's Ulysses Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gildo Corrêa in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute, Qu Wei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Ulysses Donato managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when New Loser FC's Virgílio Diniz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 36 played minutes Proteu got a freekick which was hit by Rodriguinho Ramos. If Gildo Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Proteu's Qu Wei got a free kick in the 40th minute. Gildo Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gildo Corrêa made a kick off. Proteu's Ulysses Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gildo Corrêa in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match New Loser FC got a corner. Proteu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gildo Corrêa ran over to the corner to take the kick. New Loser FC's Gildo Corrêa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ulysses Donato in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Hernani Ramos sped through Proteu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ulysses Donato. Ulysses Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Diniz in the 64th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Qu Wei took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eliseu Negri to make any attempt to save it. Ulysses Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgílio Diniz in the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Virgílio Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Reinaldo Vargas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New Loser FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Evandro Guedes made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Geovani Velloso immediately put the ball in play. 83 minutes into the match, Proteu's goal looked a bit too open when Gildo Corrêa came free, but Ulysses Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Enéas Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Proteu's supporters rose to their feet, but Enéas Pontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Negri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th match minute, Proteu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qu Wei to maneuver through the defense. New Loser FC's attentive Evaristo Guimarães managed to snatch the ball when Evandro Guedes made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. Aírton Quirino charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aírton Quirino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aírton Quirino kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the New Loser FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
