He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Figueira SC FSCMZ reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Meira during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evaristo Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Roger de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Arósio in the 19th minute of the match. The coaching staff of Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cássio Galvão had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 28 played minutes Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Galvão. When Marcelo Medeiros came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Figueira SC FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Medeiros couldn't finish the play. Geovani Borges scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger de Souza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Pedro Luís Porto got a free kick in the 41st minute. Gino Hoffmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafa Netto in the 44th minute. Evaristo Meira got his second yellow card in the match during the 45th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 46th minute, Evaristo Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafa Netto took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gino Hoffmann. Gino Hoffmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Rafa Netto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
