Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Remo Carneiro scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enio Trigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Marcelo Souza notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Valdemar Quadros. Valdemar Quadros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enio Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfredo Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Doriva Dracena got a free kick in the 28th minute. A collision led to Facopo FBPA getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Felipe Lara hit a great ball. Pedro Augusto Vergílio charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Augusto Vergílio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, Pedro Augusto Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tostão Pernambucano hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Facopo FBPA's Tiago Gabriel Damião shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Valdemar Quadros but with some difficulty. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Pedro Augusto Vergílio made the kick off in the second half. Valdemar Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Souza in the 54th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match, Eurico Pinho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enio Trigo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Remo Carneiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Enio Trigo made a huge save. Enio Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurico Pinho in the 65th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manfredo Cabral in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enio Trigo saved Facopo FBPA from getting behind. Pedro Augusto Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Valdemar Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- booed when Facopo FBPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 79 minutes, Manfredo Cabral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- and the Facopo FBPA players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Manfredo Cabral hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Felipe Lara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdemar Quadros. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Lara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Lara in the 84th minute of play forced Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Valdemar Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Facopo FBPA's Enio Trigo got control of the ball when Flávio Branco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Many of Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- may have spent more time on the ball, but Facopo FBPA were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
