The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Abel Leal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Facopo FBPA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Abel Leal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 13th minute, Jefferson Tasso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Enio Trigo. The goal made the score 2-0. After 16 minutes, Luisão Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jipa RO and the Facopo FBPA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Jipa RO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisão Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Jipa RO booed when Facopo FBPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Facopo FBPA's Enio Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Souto in the 36th minute of play. Thiago Mandrak kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Felipe Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jipa RO's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Thiago Pena 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. When Aílton Prestes fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Facopo FBPA's protests and gave Aílton Prestes a yellow card for diving instead. Enio Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Facopo FBPA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
